I like doing crewel.  I have two projects that I've started but haven't worked on them for awhile.  I have them wrapped in plastic to keep them protected from dust and tucked away in a safe place.  Am thinking that I should just take the pieces off the stretcher bars and use Q-snap frames - would be easier to handle and as a result just might get these three done.   I do want to finish these, frame them and hang in my living room.  The colors are very pretty and I like what it says.  I do believe God answers prayer.

I like embroidery.  I have two embroidery projects in the works.  These will be sewn into quilt tops.  I will sash the completed blocks with solid colored fabric and have a quilter long arm quilt them for me.  This project gets worked on when I travel or have medical appointments.  I take them with me and stitch while waiting in the doctor's office or riding as a passenger in the car or van.

Iris - Jack Dempsey 18" Quilt Blocks
Have 15 of the 30 blocks done
Would like to sash with either lavender or royal purple fabric, have it long arm quilted,
will do the binding and hemming myself.

Old and New Testament Bible Stories Quilt Blocks
Aunt Martha's Hot Iron Transfers
Total of 25 blocks - haven't started on these yet
Would like to embroider in solid blue and sash with blue fabric, have it long arm quilted,
will do the binding and hemming myself.

Applique or Machine Pieced Quilt Blocks -

This poor project, if you can call label a project as poor, is sitting on my cutting table waiting to be worked on.  I had such high hopes of getting this one done in 2016.  Maybe 2017.

Not working on any other machine sewn projects at this time.  Having said that though, I have a couple of stacks of projects laying on my cutting table - quilts, baby garments, items for my home and an outfit or two for me.

No longer interested in crocheting with yarn - passed the yarn on.  Still have a desire to learn thread crocheting though...think beautiful doilies.  I have the crochet thread, hook and pattern for my first project.
